The heavily stamped side-bands combine with the stamped appliques and myriad of raindrops on the face-plate in order to present the exceptional stones within their effervescent qualities. The three-dimensional result is an overall presentation that is exceptional.

This incredible 9” x 6” x 3.5” chest was created by Tafoya as a tribute to Fred Peshlakai; one of his primary sources of inspiration for his own artwork during his career. Tafoya’s own signature style echoes clearly with Peshlakai’s in their firm belief in entirely unique handmade stamps and exceptional design.
